Shon is a large organic beef farmer that has been farming organically in the environmentally sensitive West Sussex Downs since 2004. His experience ensures that the meat is sourced locally and is British and of the highest quality. He also happens to be one one of the largest consumers of beef in the region as he is one of the country's giants!
Murray is a Southern African biltong enthusiast that enjoys everything to do with meat, he produces it, cooks it, braais it (bbq's) and cures it. His desire to ensure that the British get to enjoy this South African treat as good as it can be has led him down this road.
